Rakim Brown-Rowe, 35, was pulled over on the 6300 block of Race Street and taken into custody, according to authorities.
Marshals said Brown-Rowe was wanted in connection with a kidnapping and robbery in Upper Merion on March 13.
Court records say he's also charged with felony burglary and endangering the welfare of a child.
Brown-Rowe, of King of Prussia, is being held on $99,000 bail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 3.
